Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation).

Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Return Shipping

For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For defective or damaged items, return shipping will be covered by Vogue Rentals.
How to Initiate a Return

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for return approval and instructions before sending the item back.

Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided in your return approval email.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
