Who We Are

Vogue Rentals is a luxury event furniture and decor rental company serving Orange County, Los Angeles, and Southern California. Our website is https://vogue.rentals, operated by Wood Table Rentals Inc.

Inquiry and Quote Forms

When you submit an inquiry, request a quote, or contact us through any form on our site, we collect the information you provide (such as name, email, phone number, event date, and event details), along with your IP address and browser user agent string. We use this information to respond to your request, prepare quotes, and protect against spam and abusive submissions through Cloudflare and Turnstile verification.

Media

We do not allow public uploads of media to our site. Images and video on https://vogue.rentals are uploaded by our team and reflect our inventory, past events, and brand content.

Cookies

When you log in to an administrator account, we set cookies to remember your session and display preferences. Login cookies last two days; display preference cookies last one year. Selecting “Remember Me” extends the session to two weeks. Logging out clears these cookies.

Editing or publishing a post saves one additional cookie containing only the post ID. It expires after one day.

We also use cookies for analytics, advertising, and conversion tracking — see the sections below.

Embedded Content From Other Websites

Pages on our site may include embedded content from platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Vimeo, and Google Maps. Embedded content behaves as if you had visited that site directly. These third parties may collect data about you, set cookies, embed additional tracking, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content — particularly if you are logged into their service.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use our website. Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, time on site, referral source, device type, browser, approximate geographic location, and anonymized IP address. This data is aggregated and used to improve site performance, content, and the customer experience. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Google Ads and Conversion Tracking

We run advertising campaigns through Google Ads and use Google’s tracking technologies (including the Google tag and conversion tracking) to measure how visitors interact with our site after clicking an ad. This may include pages visited, time on site, form submissions, and other actions. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to deliver remarketing ads to you across Google’s network and partner sites based on your visit. You can manage or opt out of personalized advertising at https://adssettings.google.com.

Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram)

We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to show relevant ads to users who have visited our site. The Meta Pixel may collect information such as pages visited, button clicks, form submissions, and device or browser data, and shares it with Meta Platforms, Inc. You can manage your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram account settings or learn more at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policies/cookies.

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share data only with the service providers needed to operate our business and your inquiry — including hosting providers, email and CRM tools, payment processors, Google (Ads, Analytics, Maps), Meta (advertising), and Cloudflare (security and spam protection). If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

Note that under California law, the use of advertising and analytics tools such as Google Ads and the Meta Pixel may be considered “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. See the California Privacy Rights section below for how to opt out.

How Long We Retain Your Data

We retain inquiry, quote, and order records for as long as needed to deliver our services, support repeat clients, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

For registered users, we store the personal information provided in the user profile. Users can view, edit, or delete their information at any time (the username cannot be changed). Site administrators can also access and edit this information.

Advertising and analytics cookies expire according to each provider’s policy — typically between 30 days and 2 years.

Your Rights Over Your Data

If you have submitted an inquiry, placed an order, or hold an account on our site, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we delete it, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal, administrative, or security purposes. To make a request, email us through the contact details on our website.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to Know. You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
  • Right to Delete. You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (such as completing transactions, complying with legal obligations, or detecting security incidents).
  • Right to Correct. You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing. We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of advertising and analytics tools — including Google Ads, the Meta Pixel, and similar technologies — may qualify as “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You have the right to opt out of this sharing.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information. You may request that we limit the use of any sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide our services.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email listed on https://vogue.rentals. To submit an opt-out request specifically for the sharing of your information with advertising or analytics partners, you may also email us with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,” or use the privacy controls in your browser (such as the Global Privacy Control signal), which we honor where technically feasible.

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will verify your identity (and your agent’s authority) before fulfilling any request.

Where Your Data Is Sent

Form submissions may be checked by automated spam-detection services. Data collected through Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and similar tools may be processed in the United States or other countries where these providers operate.
