Can I mix pieces from different setups?

Yes. The collection is designed for modular configuration. Planners frequently pair the natural wood farm tables with velvet seating, or combine marble pedestals with dark-stained chairs depending on the event's color palette and venue architecture.

What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum. Single-item rentals are available for photoshoots, micro-weddings, and small corporate events. Delivery, set-up and collection are priced separately on every order, whatever the size.

Do you deliver to Los Angeles?

Yes. Vogue Rentals serves venues across Los Angeles including Beverly Hills, Malibu, Santa Monica, Downtown LA, Pasadena, and the Hollywood Hills. Delivery, set-up and collection are quoted separately for every booking, based on the venue address, distance, access and your preferred delivery and pickup times.

How far in advance should I book?

Popular dates (May through October, plus December) book 6 to 12 months in advance. Off-season dates (January through April, excluding holidays) typically have 4 to 8 weeks availability. Rush orders are accommodated when inventory allows.

Can I see the furniture before booking?

Yes. In-person showroom visits are available by appointment. Alternatively, the team can provide high-resolution photographs and video walkarounds of specific pieces upon request.

What venues do you work with most often?

Pelican Hill Resort, Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel, Montage Laguna Beach, The Fig House, Vibiana, Sherman Library and Gardens, Roger's Gardens, Malibu Rocky Oaks, and Beverly Hills Hotel. The team maintains preferred vendor relationships and documented setup specifications for these and two dozen additional Orange County and Los Angeles venues.

Are your products available for photoshoots?

Yes. Photographers and production companies use Vogue Rentals inventory for editorial shoots, brand campaigns, and portfolio work. Day rates and multi-day rentals are available; contact the team with shoot date, location, and item list for a quote.

What if something arrives damaged?

All furniture is inspected before delivery. In the rare event of transit damage, replacements are expedited at no additional charge. The team maintains backup inventory for high-demand items to ensure same-day resolution when possible.
