Furniture that does not come out of the local pool
Las Vegas runs on sub-rental. In a heavy convention week the same inventory moves between three companies, and what reaches the floor is whatever survived the previous load-out.
Everything we bring is ours. Tables are cut and finished in our own Anaheim shop from locally sourced California wood; the rest is specified and owned by us. No sub-rentals, no substitutions on the day, and the piece in the rendering is the piece that comes off the truck. We have supplied furniture for events with Louis Vuitton, Visa, Four Seasons, Toyota, Red Bull and Montblanc, and for more than a thousand weddings since 2019.

$5,000 minimum order for Nevada deliveries. Inside our core Southern California zone there is no minimum. A standard booking covers a 2-day rental period at no extra cost, so you are not paying for a rush return the morning after your event.
What a Las Vegas build costs
Convention-week builds, resort activations and ballroom weddings all price the same way. These are the bands we see, at the prices published on our site, before delivery.

A lounge grouping is one sofa, two lounge chairs, a coffee table and two side tables, and runs $700 to $1,400 depending on the pieces. Dock windows and labour are the variable in Las Vegas, not the furniture. Bringing our own stock means the quote does not move when the market tightens in a heavy convention week. The $5,000 minimum order is cleared by the lounge alone on almost every brief of this kind.

Las Vegas is a load-in city before it is anything else. Dock assignments, labour rules and convention-week congestion decide what is possible, and they are locked weeks ahead of the event.

Do you deliver to Las Vegas?
Yes. We deliver to Las Vegas with our own crew and our own trucks from our shop in Anaheim. Las Vegas carries a $5,000 minimum order and a delivery charge quoted by distance and access, both confirmed in writing before you book.
What is the minimum order?
$5,000 for Las Vegas. For a wedding of roughly 100 guests and up, or for most corporate activations, the core pieces alone clear that threshold. Inside our Southern California zone there is no minimum.
Do you work conventions and brand activations?
Yes, and they are the bulk of what we do in Las Vegas. We build custom and branded bars and pieces to spec in our own shop, and we work to production schedules, dock assignments and load-in windows rather than around them.
Is delivery included in the price?
No. Delivery is always quoted separately and calculated once we have the venue address and your preferred delivery and pickup windows. There is no free-delivery threshold and no flat rate that changes later.
How long is the rental period?
A standard booking covers a two-day rental period at no extra cost, which matters in a city where dock windows rarely line up with your event times.
How far in advance should we book?
Six to eight weeks is comfortable for most dates. Convention weeks and the spring and autumn wedding windows go earlier, because dock slots and labour are the constraint, not our inventory.
