Built for the Valley season, and for the light
The Arizona season is short and it is bright. Everything books into the same windows either side of summer, and every piece is photographed in sun that shows up cheap finishes without mercy.
Our tables are cut and finished in our own Anaheim shop from locally sourced California wood, and the rest of the catalog is specified and owned by us. No sub-rentals, no substitutions on the day. That matters in a market where the good inventory is spoken for months ahead and the usual answer is a near-enough swap. We have supplied furniture for events with Louis Vuitton, Visa, Four Seasons, Toyota, Red Bull and Montblanc, and for more than a thousand weddings since 2019.

$5,000 minimum order for Arizona deliveries. Inside our core Southern California zone there is no minimum. A standard booking covers a 2-day rental period at no extra cost, so you are not paying for a rush return the morning after your event.

Resort weddings, corporate retreats and brand activations all price the same way. These are the bands we see, at the prices published on our site, before delivery.

A lounge grouping is one sofa, two lounge chairs, a coffee table and two side tables, and runs $700 to $1,400 depending on the pieces. The Arizona season is short, so the variable is the calendar rather than the catalogue. Booking the date secures the specific pieces, not a category that gets substituted later. The $5,000 minimum order is cleared by the lounge alone on almost every brief of this kind.

Delivery to Scottsdale
The Valley is a long haul with a short unloading window. Heat shapes the schedule, wind shapes what can stand uncovered, and resort properties want paperwork before they want anything else.

Frequently asked questions
Do you deliver to Scottsdale and Phoenix?
Yes. We deliver across Arizona with our own crew and our own trucks from our shop in Anaheim. Arizona carries a $5,000 minimum order and a delivery charge quoted by distance and access, both confirmed in writing before you book. Above that minimum the Valley is a normal delivery for us.
What is the minimum order?
$5,000 for Arizona. For a resort wedding of roughly 100 guests and up, or for most corporate activations, the core pieces alone clear that threshold. Inside our Southern California zone there is no minimum.
Do you work brand activations and corporate events?
Yes, and in Arizona they are a large share of the calendar. We build custom and branded bars and pieces to spec in our own shop, and we work to production schedules rather than around them.
Is delivery included in the price?
No. Delivery is always quoted separately and calculated once we have the venue address and your preferred delivery and pickup windows. There is no free-delivery threshold and no flat rate that changes later.
How long is the rental period?
A standard booking covers a two-day rental period at no extra cost, which gives a resort load-in room to breathe either side of the event.
How far in advance should we book?
Three to six months for the peak windows either side of summer. The Arizona season is compressed, so the good dates and the resort load-in slots go long before the inventory does.
