No minimum order. A standard booking covers a 2-day rental period at no extra cost, so you are not paying for a rush return the morning after your event.
Delivery, load-in and insurance at Estancia La Jolla
Estancia has a clear vendor process and a music curfew that shapes strike timing:
- The hotel requires vendor insurance. We provide a certificate naming the property as additional insured, filed ahead of load-in, at no extra cost.
- Indoor music runs until midnight at the property, so we plan strike and collection for the same night or the following morning depending on your coordinator’s preference.
- Courtyard and lawn setups are levelled on arrival — solid-wood tables show every dip in a garden surface.
- Food and beverage is handled in-house; we supply furniture only, so our load-in stays out of the catering timeline.
- Delivery from our Orange County workshop to La Jolla is a routine run, with early load-in available where the space allows.
