Ojai Valley Inn sits on 220 acres in the Ojai Valley, with the Topa Topa mountains behind it and a set of event spaces that runs from a 40-seat courtyard to a 300-guest orchard lawn. It is the Southern California resort that most often gets described as feeling like somewhere else entirely.
The valley’s whole aesthetic is natural material and warm light, which is exactly what our collection is built for. Vogue Rentals hand-builds much of its inventory in California from locally sourced wood — solid farm and dining tables, cross-back and designer chairs, sofas, lounge groupings and handcrafted bars — delivered, levelled and collected by our own crew.

Our catalogue prices are public, so you can build a realistic budget before you ever speak to us. Delivery, setup and pickup are quoted separately based on access and timing.

No minimum order. A standard booking covers a 2-day rental period at no extra cost, so you are not paying for a rush return the morning after your event.
Delivery, load-in and insurance at Ojai Valley Inn
Ojai Valley Inn has one of the most clearly documented vendor processes in the region, and different curfews indoors and out:
- All vendors are required to hold a business license and $1M liability insurance naming Ojai Valley Inn as an additional insured. We hold both and file the certificate ahead of load-in at no extra cost.
- Events on the Orchard Lawn end at 10 PM, while ballroom events can run until 2 AM. We plan strike and collection around whichever space you have booked.
- Lawn and courtyard setups are levelled on arrival — solid-wood tables show every slope in an orchard surface.
- Food and beverage is handled by the resort; we supply furniture only, which keeps our load-in independent of the catering timeline.
- Ojai sits just beyond Ventura, at the northern end of our standard delivery range, and is a routine run for our crew.
Venue requirements change. We confirm the current load-in window, vendor paperwork and curfew with your coordinator before every delivery.
