Furniture built for a city that gets photographed
San Francisco events are held to a different visual standard. A City Hall reception, a Presidio tent, a warehouse activation in Dogpatch or a dinner on a Sausalito lawn facing the Golden Gate all end up in a camera, and rental furniture that looks like rental furniture is the fastest way to flatten the frame.
We design and hand-build much of our inventory in California from locally sourced wood, and we have supplied furniture for events with Louis Vuitton, Visa, Four Seasons, Toyota, Red Bull and Montblanc. $5,000 minimum order for Northern California deliveries. Inside our core Southern California zone there is no minimum. A standard booking covers a 2-day rental period at no extra cost, so you are not paying for a rush return the morning after your event.

San Francisco logistics are their own discipline: permitted street load-in, freight elevators booked by the hour, hill access, tight production windows and late strikes. We plan around them rather than discovering them on the day.

Frequently asked questions
Do you actually deliver to San Francisco from Southern California?
Yes. We deliver statewide with our own crew and our own trucks, so the pieces that arrive are the pieces you saw in the collection, handled by people who know how they go together. Northern California deliveries carry a $5,000 minimum order and a delivery charge quoted by distance and access, both confirmed in writing before you book.
What is the minimum order for a Bay Area event?
$5,000 for Northern California. For most weddings above roughly 100 guests that threshold is met by the dining tables, seating and a bar alone, and lounge and arches sit on top of it. Inside our Southern California zone there is no minimum.
Do you handle brand activations and productions, not just weddings?
Yes — a large share of our calendar is corporate. We have supplied furniture for events with Louis Vuitton, Visa, Four Seasons, Toyota, Red Bull and Montblanc, including custom branded builds, and we work to production schedules and COI requirements.
How far in advance should we book?
For peak season and prime Saturdays, several months ahead is wise — signature pieces book first. That said, we hold and quote quickly, so it is always worth asking about a date that feels close.
Can you work with our planner or production company?
Yes, and we prefer to. Send us the floor plan or the deck and we will quote against it, flag anything that will not fit the space, and coordinate load-in directly with the venue.
