Furniture that belongs in a vineyard, not on a rental list
Wine country events are already beautiful before anyone brings anything in. A vineyard aisle, a barrel room, an olive grove at golden hour — the setting does the work, and the wrong furniture is the one thing that can undo it. Laminate and folding legs read instantly in photographs taken in that light.
We design and hand-build much of our inventory in California from locally sourced wood, and we have supplied furniture for events with Louis Vuitton, Visa, Four Seasons, Toyota, Red Bull and Montblanc. Solid-wood farm tables, cross-back chairs, lounge sets, handcrafted bars and arches — delivered, placed and styled across Napa and Sonoma.

$5,000 minimum order for Northern California deliveries. Inside our core Southern California zone there is no minimum. A standard booking covers a 2-day rental period at no extra cost, so you are not paying for a rush return the morning after your event.

Delivery to Napa & Sonoma
Wine country load-in is about access rather than traffic: gravel drives, vineyard rows, weight limits on private lanes, and estates that allow a narrow delivery window and a firm strike time. We plan the route and the crew around the property, not the other way round.

Frequently asked questions
Do you actually deliver to Napa and Sonoma from Southern California?
Yes. We deliver statewide with our own crew and our own trucks. Northern California deliveries carry a $5,000 minimum order and a delivery charge quoted by distance and access, both confirmed in writing before you book.
What is the minimum order for a wine country event?
$5,000 for Northern California. For a vineyard wedding of roughly 100 guests and up, dining tables, seating and a bar generally clear that on their own. Inside our Southern California zone there is no minimum.
Will the furniture hold up on grass, gravel and vineyard rows?
Yes. Our pieces are solid wood built for outdoor events, and our crew levels and places everything on site. Tell us the surface when you enquire and we will bring what the ground needs.
Do you handle private winery dinners and brand events?
Yes. Long-table dinners, harvest events and brand activations are a large part of our calendar, including custom branded builds, and we work to production schedules and COI requirements.
How far in advance should we book?
For harvest season and prime Saturdays, several months ahead is wise — signature pieces book first. We hold and quote quickly, so it is always worth asking about a date that feels close.
