Wine country events are already beautiful before anyone brings anything in. A vineyard aisle, a barrel room, an olive grove at golden hour — the setting does the work, and the wrong furniture is the one thing that can undo it. Laminate and folding legs read instantly in photographs taken in that light.
We design and hand-build much of our inventory in California from locally sourced wood, and we have supplied furniture for events with Louis Vuitton, Visa, Four Seasons, Toyota, Red Bull and Montblanc. $5,000 minimum order for Northern California deliveries. Inside our core Southern California zone there is no minimum. A standard booking covers a 2-day rental period at no extra cost, so you are not paying for a rush return the morning after your event.
Renting furniture and décor together for a wine country wedding
Four questions come up on almost every Napa and Sonoma brief, so here they are answered plainly.
- Can we rent lounge furniture and décor together? Yes. Farm and dining tables, chairs, benches, sofas, lounge chairs, coffee and side tables, bars, arches and chuppahs, tableware, linens and décor all come from one inventory of 239 pieces — one order, one delivery, one crew.
- Do you make custom furniture for winery events? Yes. Our tables are cut and finished in our own Anaheim shop from locally sourced California wood, and we build custom and branded pieces to spec. Bars are the most commonly commissioned, usually for estate and brand events.
- Is there design help, or do we plan the layout ourselves? Our crew places and styles on site rather than leaving pallets at the dock. We plan to the ratios we publish — eight guests to a farm table, one lounge grouping per fifty guests, one bar per hundred. Send a mood board and a guest count and we come back with a layout and a priced list.
- How wide is the selection of chairs and tables? Tables run $160 to $680 across farm, dining, cocktail and specialty shapes. Chairs run $5 for folding to $60 for designer dining, with cross-back vineyard chairs at $12. Benches start at $69. Every piece is priced on the site.
Nothing is sub-rented, so the piece in the mood board is the piece that arrives. That is the single most useful thing to know about us in a market where the good inventory is spoken for a season ahead.
Loading into a working winery
An estate is a production site before it is a venue, and that decides the schedule more often than the design does.
- Loose gravel courtyards defeat wheeled carts, so pieces are hand-carried and turf is protected on the way in
- Vine rows and narrow estate drives set the truck size; we split the load when access demands it rather than finding out on the day
- Crush, roughly August through October, gives production traffic priority and shrinks load-in windows
- Napa County curfews and sound ordinances end events earlier than most clients expect, and strike usually falls the next morning — which the two-day rental period already covers
- COI and winery vendor paperwork provided as standard, ahead of the estate deadline rather than on it
What to book for 80, 120 and 200 guests
Wine country briefs usually start with a guest count and an estate, so here is what that turns into in furniture, at the published prices above. Delivery is quoted separately.

Delivery to Napa & Sonoma
Wine country load-in is about access rather than traffic: gravel drives, vineyard rows, weight limits on private lanes, and estates that allow a narrow delivery window and a firm strike time. We plan the route and the crew around the property, not the other way round.

Frequently asked questions
Do you actually deliver to Napa and Sonoma from Southern California?
Yes. We deliver statewide with our own crew and our own trucks. Northern California deliveries carry a $5,000 minimum order and a delivery charge quoted by distance and access, both confirmed in writing before you book.
What is the minimum order for a wine country event?
$5,000 for Northern California. For a vineyard wedding of roughly 100 guests and up, dining tables, seating and a bar generally clear that on their own. Inside our Southern California zone there is no minimum.
Will the furniture hold up on grass, gravel and vineyard rows?
Yes. Our pieces are solid wood built for outdoor events, and our crew levels and places everything on site. Tell us the surface when you enquire and we will bring what the ground needs.
Do you handle private winery dinners and brand events?
Yes. Long-table dinners, harvest events and brand activations are a large part of our calendar, including custom branded builds, and we work to production schedules and COI requirements.
How far in advance should we book?
For harvest season and prime Saturdays, several months ahead is wise — signature pieces book first. We hold and quote quickly, so it is always worth asking about a date that feels close.
