Hotel Bel-Air publishes a compact set of event spaces, indoor and garden. Each has its own access route and setup window, and we plan delivery around whichever you have booked.

No minimum order. A standard booking covers a 2-day rental period at no extra cost, so you are not paying for a rush return the morning after your event.
Delivery, load-in and insurance at Hotel Bel-Air
Bel-Air is a residential canyon with a narrow approach, so the load-in plan matters more than it does at a resort. Here is how we handle it:
- We provide a certificate of insurance naming the property as additional insured as standard, filed ahead of load-in — we confirm the hotel’s exact wording with your events manager before issuing it.
- Stone Canyon Road access is tight. We size the truck to the delivery window rather than the order, and split into two runs where that is faster than one oversized vehicle.
- Garden and lawn setups get levelled on arrival — solid-wood tables show every slope, and we carry shims and levels as standard kit.
- Our crew works to the hotel’s setup and strike times, including same-night collection when the room turns over.
- Furniture only — catering, florals and production stay with your own teams, which keeps our load-in short and independent.
Venue requirements change. We confirm the current load-in window, vendor paperwork and curfew with your coordinator before every delivery.
