Hotel del Coronado has been San Diego’s landmark since 1888, and it still runs some of the largest beachfront weddings in California. Windsor Lawn takes up to about 700; the Crown Room seats around 500 under its sugar-pine ceiling; Ocean and Southpointe ballrooms handle 680 and 750 respectively.
At that size, consistency is the whole game. Vogue Rentals owns its inventory and hand-builds much of it in California from locally sourced wood, so a 500-guest beachfront set arrives as one family of tables, chairs, bars and lounge rather than three warehouses stitched together. Our own crew delivers, levels and collects.

Our catalogue prices are public, so you can build a realistic budget before you ever speak to us. Delivery, setup and pickup are quoted separately based on access and timing.

No minimum order. A standard booking covers a 2-day rental period at no extra cost, so you are not paying for a rush return the morning after your event.
Delivery, load-in and insurance at Hotel del Coronado
Beachfront and historic-property load-ins both have rules. Here is how we work at The Del:
- We provide a certificate of insurance naming the resort as additional insured, filed ahead of load-in, and confirm the current wording with your catering or events manager.
- Sand and lawn setups are levelled on arrival — solid-wood tables show every dip, and our crew carries shims and levels as standard.
- Coastal wind and salt air affect which lounge and bar pieces we recommend for an exposed oceanfront position versus a terrace or ballroom.
- For sets above roughly 300 guests we stage the delivery so the room or lawn is built in sequence instead of stacked and re-handled.
- Food and beverage is handled in-house by the resort; we supply furniture only, so our load-in does not compete with the catering timeline.
Venue requirements change. We confirm the current load-in window, vendor paperwork and curfew with your coordinator before every delivery.
