The Ritz-Carlton Bacara sits on 78 acres above the Pacific just west of Santa Barbara, and its event spaces are mostly outdoors and mostly enormous — Ocean Lawn, Oval Lawn, Monarch Lawn, The Bluff, and a Ballroom Terrace and Lawn that spill straight out of the ballroom itself.
Outdoor luxury at that scale is unforgiving on furniture: everything is seen in daylight, against the ocean, in photographs. Vogue Rentals designs and hand-builds much of its collection in California from locally sourced wood — solid farm tables, cross-back and designer chairs, sofas, lounge groupings and handcrafted bars — and delivers, levels and collects with its own crew.

No minimum order. A standard booking covers a 2-day rental period at no extra cost, so you are not paying for a rush return the morning after your event.
Delivery, load-in and insurance at The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara
Bluff-top and lawn setups on the Santa Barbara coast come with wind, uneven ground and long carries. Here is how we work:
- We provide a certificate of insurance naming the resort as additional insured, filed ahead of load-in, and confirm the current wording with your catering or events manager.
- Every lawn set is levelled on arrival. Solid-wood tables show a slope immediately, so shims and levels are standard crew kit, not an extra.
- Coastal wind matters more than weight. We advise on which lounge and bar pieces hold up on an exposed bluff and which are better placed on a terrace.
- Long carries from the drop point to the lawn are planned into the crew size, so the setup window is not spent walking.
- Food and beverage is handled by the resort; we supply furniture only, which keeps our load-in independent of the catering schedule.
Venue requirements change. We confirm the current load-in window, vendor paperwork and curfew with your coordinator before every delivery.

Is your furniture suitable for an oceanfront lawn?
Yes — solid-wood tables and benches are built for outdoor use and we level every piece on arrival. For exposed bluff settings we will tell you which lounge pieces we would not recommend.
