No minimum order. A standard booking covers a 2-day rental period at no extra cost, so you are not paying for a rush return the morning after your event.
Delivery, load-in and insurance at Parker Palm Springs
The Parker runs a preferred-supplier model, so it is worth confirming the vendor position early:
- The hotel works with preferred caterers and suppliers. Confirm your furniture vendor with your events manager at contract stage — we will supply whatever documentation the property asks for.
- We provide a certificate of insurance naming the property as additional insured, filed ahead of load-in, at no extra cost.
- Desert heat changes the schedule more than the design. We load in early rather than through the middle of the day, and plan strike for the cool part of the evening.
- Lawn and garden setups are levelled on arrival — solid-wood tables show every dip in a hedged lawn.
- Delivery from our Orange County workshop to Palm Springs is a routine run, with a standard 2-day rental period at no extra cost so nothing has to come back at dawn.
Venue requirements change. We confirm the current load-in window, vendor paperwork and curfew with your coordinator before every delivery.
