Los Angeles is where most of our corporate calendar happens: soundstage builds, rooftop launches, premiere lounges, pop-ups on Melrose and Abbot Kinney, and press days that have to look finished in a photograph taken from one specific angle. The furniture is what the camera sees, and standard event stock reads as standard event stock in every frame.
We design and hand-build much of our inventory in California from locally sourced wood, which also means we can build to a brand rather than only rent to one: custom bars, branded surfaces, colour-matched finishes and pieces made for a single activation. We have supplied furniture for events with Louis Vuitton, Visa, Four Seasons, Toyota, Red Bull and Montblanc.

What production teams actually need from a furniture vendor
The furniture is rarely the hard part. These are:
- Certificate of insurance naming the venue or studio, provided as standard
- Load-in windows that do not move — dock bookings, freight lifts by the hour, permitted street load-in
- Early call times and late strikes, crewed and priced rather than improvised
- Holds before budget approval, so the pieces are still there when the PO lands
- Custom and branded builds made in our own shop, not sourced and re-badged
- One point of contact who answers during the build, not a ticket queue
How it works
- Send the brief or the deck. Dates, venue, scope, and the look. A floor plan helps but is not required.
- We quote against it — usually within the hour in business hours — and flag anything that will not fit the space or the schedule.
- We hold the pieces and issue the COI and vendor paperwork the venue needs.
- We deliver, install and strike with our own crew, to your call sheet.
Frequently asked questions
Do you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes, as standard, naming the venue or studio. Send us the requirements with the brief and we will issue it before load-in.
Can you build custom or branded pieces?
Yes. We design and hand-build in California, so branded bars, colour-matched finishes and one-off pieces for a single activation are part of what we do rather than an exception.
Can you work to a production schedule with a late strike?
Yes. Tell us the call sheet when you brief us so the crew hours are priced in rather than discovered on the night.
Do you hold inventory before the budget is approved?
Yes, within reason. Tell us the decision date and we will hold rather than let the pieces go while procurement moves.
Do you deliver outside Los Angeles?
Yes, statewide. Southern California has no minimum order; Northern California and the Central Coast carry a $5,000 minimum with delivery quoted by distance and access.
