Ranch, bluff and ocean — furnished in real wood
Malibu weddings live outdoors: vineyard rows at Saddlerock, oak groves at Calamigos, bluff-top ceremonies with the Pacific behind them. In that light, material is everything. Solid, handcrafted wood picks up depth and warmth; laminate and printed veneer read as props.
We design and hand-build much of our inventory in California from locally sourced wood, so the farm tables, cross-back chairs, curved sofas and handcrafted bars we bring to Malibu are the genuine article. Delivered, placed and styled by the crew that built them — including the wind, dirt-road and canyon access that a Malibu venue actually involves.

Which Malibu venues have you worked at?
We deliver regularly to Calamigos Ranch, Saddlerock Ranch, Malibu Rocky Oaks, Cielo Farms, Adamson House and private bluff-top and beachfront estates across Malibu and the canyons. Send us your venue and we will confirm access, load-in windows and any vendor requirements before you book.
Can your furniture handle wind and outdoor Malibu conditions?
Yes. Our tables, benches and bars are solid wood and genuinely heavy — they hold their footing where lightweight rental stock does not. For exposed bluff and beachfront setups we will advise on layout, weighting and which lounge pieces travel well in wind.
How much does event furniture rental cost in Malibu?
Our published prices are real: farm and dining tables run $160–$680, chairs $5–$60 (cross-back vineyard chairs from $12), sofas $390–$950 and handcrafted portable bars $399–$1,890. Delivery to Malibu is quoted separately based on your venue, access and timing. A typical 120-guest wedding tablescape with farm tables and cross-back chairs starts in the low four figures before delivery.
Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum order value — we will quote a single statement bar or a full 300-guest build with the same care. Delivery is what scales with distance, not a forced minimum.
How long is the rental period?
A standard booking covers a two-day rental period at no extra cost. That means we can deliver the day before and collect the day after, so you are not paying for a rush return the morning after your event.
Do you deliver and set up in Malibu?
Yes. Our own crew delivers, places and styles every piece on site, then returns for pickup. We provide COI and vendor paperwork for resorts, estates and venues that require it, and we handle early load-in or late strike where a venue curfew demands it.
How far in advance should I book?
For peak season and prime Saturdays, six to twelve months ahead is typical — the most in-demand handcrafted pieces book first. That said, we hold live inventory, so it is always worth asking about a closer date.
Can you build custom pieces?
Yes. Many of our pieces are designed and hand-built in California from locally sourced wood, and we regularly build custom tables, bars and branded pieces for weddings and brand activations. Send us the concept and we will price the build.
Do you work with event planners and production agencies?
Constantly. Planners, designers and production agencies are most of our calendar, and we have supplied furniture for events with Louis Vuitton, Visa, Four Seasons, Toyota, Red Bull and Montblanc. Ask about trade terms and priority holds.
