Calamigos Ranch enforces strict load-in windows — typically 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on event day — and requires all rentals to exit by noon the following day. Vogue Rentals schedules delivery within these windows and coordinates with your planner or venue contact to confirm access.

The Pavilion and Oak Room feature concrete floors and accessible truck-to-venue distances (under 100 feet). The Birchwood Room requires stair navigation for some deliveries, which we account for in setup quotes when requested as an optional service.

Our rental terms include a 48-hour advance notice requirement for final counts and a 14-day advance notice for new product additions. Calamigos Ranch weddings typically lock rental counts 3–4 weeks before the event date, allowing time for planner revisions and final walkthroughs.
