How Much Does Wedding Furniture Rental Cost in Los Angeles?
Real numbers from our own catalogue, priced for Los Angeles weddings, brand activations and productions.
Quotes answered within the hour · No minimum order · 2-day rental period at no extra cost
The short answer
Most Los Angeles weddings we quote land between $8,000 and $21,000 for furniture. A 120-guest reception with dining tables, cross-back chairs, a lounge, a bar and a ceremony arch comes to roughly $12,000 before delivery. Downtown venues and soundstages usually cost more to deliver into than a canyon estate with a driveway, even though the furniture list is identical.
Everything below comes from our live catalogue rather than an industry average, so you can price your own list rather than guess at a range. Delivery, set-up and collection are quoted separately, because they depend on distance, access and your load-in window rather than on how many chairs you take.

Delivery, set-up and collection are additional and quoted for your venue. These totals assume our typical-rate pieces; choosing the entry-level chair instead of a cross-back, or skipping the lounge, moves the number down materially.
What actually moves the price
- The chair. At 120 guests the difference between our entry-level chair and a cross-back vineyard chair is a few hundred dollars, and it is the single most visible line in the whole order.
- Whether you build a lounge. A lounge is the biggest optional block in most budgets. It is also the thing guests photograph and sit in for three hours.
- Access and load-in. Downtown lofts and soundstages mean permitted street load-in and freight lifts booked by the hour. A canyon estate with a driveway next to the lawn is the cheapest delivery in the county.
- Timing. Early load-in for a same-day flip, or a late strike because of a venue curfew, both add crew hours.
- Distance. Los Angeles is inside our core zone, so distance is rarely the driver here — access and timing are.
Where Los Angeles venues add cost
In Los Angeles the venue decides more of the delivery cost than the furniture list does. What comes up most:
- Downtown venues with permitted street load-in and a freight lift booked by the hour
- Soundstages and production spaces with strict call times and late strikes
- Canyon and hillside estates where the last stretch is narrow
- Hotels that require a certificate of insurance naming the property, which we provide as standard
- Beach venues where access finishes on foot across sand
How to spend less without it looking like you did
- Put the money on the dining tables and chairs. They are in every wide shot and every guest touches them for three hours.
- Build one strong lounge instead of three thin ones. Two sofas and a real coffee table read better than a scatter of single chairs.
- Use benches on one side of the table. They seat three to four for the price of roughly two chairs and they photograph beautifully.
- Skip cocktail tables if the cocktail hour is short and the space already has ledges and walls to stand at.
- Tell us the budget. We would rather design to a real number than send a quote you have to cut in half.

Frequently asked questions
Is delivery included in these prices?
No. Delivery, set-up and collection are quoted separately for your venue. In Los Angeles the biggest factors are street permits, lift access and whether the strike happens the same night.
Is there a minimum order in Los Angeles?
No. There is no minimum order anywhere in Southern California.
Do you work with production companies?
Yes — a large share of our calendar is corporate and production work, including custom branded builds. We work to call sheets, dock bookings and COI requirements.
How long is the rental period?
A standard booking covers a two-day rental period at no extra cost.
Can you handle a same-day flip from ceremony to reception?
Yes, with crew scheduled for it. Tell us the timeline when you enquire so the flip is priced rather than improvised.
