The Langham Huntington has been Pasadena’s grand hotel since 1907, and it still runs some of the largest weddings in the San Gabriel Valley. The Huntington Ballroom seats around 750 for a banquet; the Horseshoe Garden takes roughly 600 outdoors. Very few Southern California properties can do both at that scale on one campus.

No minimum order. A standard booking covers a 2-day rental period at no extra cost, so you are not paying for a rush return the morning after your event.
Delivery, load-in and insurance at The Langham Huntington, Pasadena
A 750-seat set needs a real load-in plan, and the Langham is unusually well set up for one:
- The hotel cites vehicle drive-through access for ballroom load-in, which makes a large furniture delivery considerably faster than a long carry.
- We provide a certificate of insurance naming the hotel as additional insured, filed ahead of load-in, and confirm the current wording with your catering or events manager.
- For sets above roughly 300 guests we deliver in staged runs so the room can be built in sequence rather than stacked and re-handled.
- Early load-in and late strike are available where the hotel’s room turnover allows — we work to whatever window your coordinator sets.
- Food and beverage is handled by the hotel; we supply furniture only, which keeps our schedule independent of the catering timeline.
