The short answer
Most wine country weddings we quote land between $8,000 and $21,000 for furniture. A 120-guest vineyard reception with farm tables, cross-back chairs, a lounge, a bar and a ceremony arch comes to roughly $12,000 before delivery — well above the $5,000 Northern California minimum, which a vineyard wedding clears on the tables and chairs alone.
Everything below comes from our live catalogue rather than an industry average, so you can price your own list rather than guess at a range. Delivery, set-up and collection are quoted separately, because they depend on distance, access and your load-in window rather than on how many chairs you take.

Delivery, set-up and collection are additional and quoted for your venue. These totals assume our typical-rate pieces; choosing the entry-level chair instead of a cross-back, or skipping the lounge, moves the number down materially.
What actually moves the price
- The chair. At 120 guests the difference between our entry-level chair and a cross-back vineyard chair is a few hundred dollars, and it is the single most visible line in the whole order.
- Whether you build a lounge. A lounge is the biggest optional block in most budgets. It is also the thing guests photograph and sit in for three hours.
- Access and load-in. Gravel drives, vineyard rows and weight limits on private lanes decide what size vehicle can reach the site, and therefore how many crew hours the load-in takes.
- Timing. Early load-in for a same-day flip, or a late strike because of a venue curfew, both add crew hours.
- Distance. Napa and Sonoma are destination deliveries for us: our own crew and our own trucks, with a $5,000 minimum order and a delivery charge quoted by distance and access.
Where Napa & Sonoma venues add cost
What tends to add cost at Napa and Sonoma venues:
- Gravel drives and vineyard rows that decide the vehicle size
- Weight limits on private lanes
- Estates with a narrow delivery window and a firm strike time
- Wineries that require a certificate of insurance naming the property, which we provide as standard
- Long carries from the last point a truck can stand to the dinner site
How to spend less without it looking like you did
- Put the money on the dining tables and chairs. They are in every wide shot and every guest touches them for three hours.
- Build one strong lounge instead of three thin ones. Two sofas and a real coffee table read better than a scatter of single chairs.
- Use benches on one side of the table. They seat three to four for the price of roughly two chairs and they photograph beautifully.
- Skip cocktail tables if the cocktail hour is short and the space already has ledges and walls to stand at.
- Tell us the budget. We would rather design to a real number than send a quote you have to cut in half.

Do you deliver to Napa and Sonoma?
Yes. We deliver statewide with our own crew and our own trucks. Northern California deliveries carry a $5,000 minimum order and a delivery charge quoted by distance and access, both confirmed in writing before you book.
What is the minimum order?
$5,000 for Northern California. A vineyard wedding of roughly 100 guests clears that on the farm tables and chairs alone.
Is delivery included in these prices?
No. Delivery, set-up and collection are quoted separately, and in wine country access is usually the bigger factor than distance.
Will the furniture hold up on gravel and grass?
Yes. Our pieces are solid wood built for outdoor events, and our crew levels and places everything on site.
