Best Event Rental Companies in Phoenix & Scottsdale (2026)

Phoenix and Scottsdale run one of the busiest event seasons in the country, and it is compressed: October through April, when the weather turns civil and the resort calendar fills. That compression is the thing planners underestimate. The inventory you want in March was reserved in November, and the companies below are the ones most likely to still have it.

This guide covers rental companies that serve Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and the wider Valley for weddings, corporate events and brand activations. We have put ourselves at the top of it, because on design-led work in the Valley that is what planners specify.

1. Vogue Rentals

Vogue Rentals is the design pick of the Valley. We design and hand-build our own inventory in California from locally sourced wood — farm and dining tables, cross-back and bentwood chairs, curved sofas and settees, portable and back bars and arches and chuppahs. None of it is in anyone else’s catalog, which is exactly why planners specify us for the events in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Paradise Valley that have to look like nothing else in the market.

Everything we send is our own stock: no sub-rentals, no substitutions on the day. Our own crew delivers, sets and strikes, so what was signed off in the rendering is what stands on the floor. We have supplied furniture for events with Louis Vuitton, Visa, Four Seasons, Toyota, Red Bull and Montblanc, and for more than a thousand weddings since 2019 — with reviews on Google, The Knot and WeddingWire to match.

We deliver across Arizona on a $5,000 order minimum. Above that the Valley is a normal delivery for us: we run destination events through Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Sedona and Phoenix regularly, and the drive makes no difference to what arrives.

Every rental price is published on our site, so you can build a Phoenix or Scottsdale budget before you speak to anyone. Delivery is quoted separately, by distance, access and the delivery and pickup windows you choose — there is no free-delivery threshold, and you see the figure before you confirm. 2. Prim Event Rentals

An Arizona house built around custom and design-forward pieces rather than volume stock. If your reference images come from editorial rather than a catalog, Prim is the local name most likely to have something close. Smaller inventory depth than the national players, which matters when your guest count runs past a few hundred.

3. Cloth & Flame Rentals

Grew out of the Cloth & Flame dinner series, which means the inventory was assembled for real outdoor dinners in the desert rather than for a showroom. Strong for long-table setups and remote or off-grid sites, where most companies will not deliver.

4. Sweet Salvage Rentals

Vintage and specialty pieces, well known in the Arizona wedding market. The right call when you want character and one-of-a-kind rather than matched quantity. Not the place to seat 400 in identical chairs.

5. Bright Event Rentals

Bright operates a Phoenix location as part of a multi-market West Coast footprint. Deep inventory, real logistics, and the operational discipline that large corporate programs require. The trade-off is the one that comes with scale: you are choosing from a catalog that other events in town are choosing from too.

6. CORT Events

National, with Phoenix and Scottsdale coverage. Built for trade shows, conferences and large corporate builds. Predictable, available, and rarely the answer when the brief is a design-driven wedding.

7. AFR Furniture Rental

Another national with Phoenix coverage and a similar profile to CORT: modern and contemporary stock, strong on corporate and convention work, quantities that do not run out.

8. Epic Party Team

Local, broad, and strong on lounge furniture and the full party-rental stack. A practical single-vendor option when you need furniture alongside everything else the event requires.

How to choose in the Valley

Book earlier than you think

The Phoenix season is short and dense. For a March or April date at a resort, the good inventory moves by autumn. If you are reading this inside ninety days of your event, availability will drive your shortlist more than design will.

Ask what is owned and what is sub-rented

Peak-season Valley events frequently run on sub-rentals, and sub-rentals are where substitutions happen. Ask directly whether the pieces in the proposal are the company’s own stock. It is a fair question and a good company will answer it plainly.

Plan for the heat and the wind

Shoulder-season afternoons still run hot, and desert sites get evening wind. That affects what you can leave standing, how ceremony structures are weighted, and when a crew can safely load in. Any company that has actually worked the Valley will raise this before you do.

Confirm the resort’s vendor requirements early

Scottsdale and Paradise Valley resorts run formal vendor check-in, dock assignments, insurance thresholds and curfews. Get the COI requirements in writing at the quote stage, not the week of.

Frequently asked questions

How much do event rentals cost in Phoenix?

For a 100-guest wedding, furniture and tabletop together commonly land between four and twelve thousand dollars depending on how much lounge and how much custom the design carries. Our own prices are published per piece, which lets you build the number yourself rather than wait for a quote.

Do California companies deliver to Arizona?

Yes. We deliver to Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Sedona and the wider state on a $5,000 order minimum, with our own crew handling load-in and strike. Delivery is quoted by distance, access and your chosen windows on top of the rental, and you see the figure before you confirm.

How far in advance should I book?

Six to nine months for a peak-season Saturday in Scottsdale or Paradise Valley. Corporate activations with custom builds need longer, because the build time sits in front of the delivery date.

Is there a minimum order?

Ours is $5,000 for Arizona deliveries. Most Valley events at resort level clear that on furniture alone, and every one of our prices is published so you can check before you enquire.
