Best Event Rental Companies in Las Vegas (2026)
Las Vegas is two rental markets wearing one name. There is the convention and activation market, which runs on volume, tight load-in windows and union labour rules, and there is the wedding and private-event market at the resorts and desert venues, which runs on design. Very few companies are genuinely good at both, so the first question is which event you are actually planning.
This guide covers companies serving Las Vegas, Henderson and the surrounding desert venues. We have put ourselves at the top of it, because on design-led work in Las Vegas that is what planners specify.
1. Vogue Rentals
Vogue Rentals is the design pick on this list. We design and hand-build our own inventory in California from locally sourced wood — farm and dining tables, cross-back and bentwood chairs, curved sofas and settees, portable and back bars and arches and chuppahs. None of it sits in the local catalogs, which is why planners bring us to the Strip, to Henderson and out to the desert venues when the event has to look like nothing else in the city.
Everything we send is our own stock: no sub-rentals and no substitutions on the day. That matters more in Vegas than almost anywhere, because peak-week sub-rental chains are where designs quietly change. Our own crew delivers, sets and strikes, so what was signed off is what stands on the floor.
We have supplied furniture for events with Louis Vuitton, Visa, Four Seasons, Toyota, Red Bull and Montblanc, and for more than a thousand weddings since 2019. We deliver to Las Vegas on a $5,000 order minimum — above that the city is a normal run for us, and we work resort load-in rules, dock assignments and insurance thresholds as a matter of course.
Every rental price is published on our site, so you can build a Las Vegas budget before you speak to anyone. Delivery is quoted separately by distance, access and the windows you choose — there is no free-delivery threshold, and you see the figure before you confirm. Browse the collection or send us the venue and date.

2. By Dzign
One of the better-known design and rental houses in the city, with a large inventory and in-house design and production. Strong when the brief is a full environment rather than a furniture order, and comfortable with the scale Vegas events reach.
3. Modern Event Rental
Contemporary and modern stock aimed at the activation and corporate side. A good fit when the design language is clean and current rather than rustic or editorial.
4. Caesar Event Rentals
A broad Las Vegas rental operation covering weddings through corporate. Wide catalog and the logistics to handle the city’s compressed schedules.
5. CORT Events
National, with a Las Vegas branch built for the convention calendar. If your event is at the LVCC or a resort conference centre, CORT is designed for exactly that: predictable stock in quantities that do not run out, delivered under trade-show rules.
6. AFR Event Furnishings
The other national with real Las Vegas depth and a similar convention-first profile. Modern inventory, reliable availability, rarely the answer for a design-driven wedding.
How to choose in Las Vegas
Check the venue’s labour and load-in rules first
Resort and convention properties in Las Vegas have the strictest vendor rules of any market on the West Coast: assigned docks, narrow load-in windows, union jurisdiction on some floors, and insurance thresholds that can disqualify a smaller vendor outright. Confirm these before you shortlist, not after.
Peak weeks are a different market
During major convention weeks the city’s rental inventory is effectively spoken for, and prices and availability reflect it. If your date collides with one, either lock inventory very early or plan around it.
Ask what happens when stock runs short
Sub-renting is normal in Vegas at peak. It is not automatically bad, but you should know in advance whether the chairs in your rendering are the chairs that will arrive. Ask which items are owned and what the substitution policy is, in writing.
Desert venues need a wind and heat plan
Off-Strip and desert sites get real wind in the evening and punishing afternoon heat for much of the year. That governs how ceremony structures are weighted and when a crew can safely work.
Frequently asked questions
How much do event rentals cost in Las Vegas?
A 100-guest wedding typically lands between five and thirteen thousand dollars for furniture and tabletop together, with peak convention weeks at the higher end. Our own prices are published per piece, so you can build the figure yourself.
Do California companies deliver to Las Vegas?
Yes. We deliver to Las Vegas, Henderson and the desert venues on a $5,000 order minimum, with our own crew handling load-in and strike. Delivery is quoted by distance, access and your chosen windows on top of the rental, and you see the figure before you confirm.
How far in advance should I book?
Four to eight months for most dates, longer if your event falls in a major convention week or you need custom builds.
Is there a minimum order?
Ours is $5,000 for Las Vegas deliveries. Most resort-level events clear that on furniture alone, and every one of our prices is published so you can check before you enquire.
