Most of our calendar comes through planners, and the things that make us easy to work with are not the things that show up in a catalogue. You need a hold that survives a client who takes ten days to decide, imagery you can drop into a deck without asking, a quote that does not change after the walkthrough, and paperwork the venue accepts the first time.
We design and hand-build much of our inventory in California from locally sourced wood, and we have supplied furniture for events with Louis Vuitton, Visa, Four Seasons, Toyota, Red Bull and Montblanc. What that means for you is that the pieces in the proposal are the pieces that arrive, because we own them.
What the trade program includes
No application form and no tier system — tell us you are planning for clients and this is how we work:
- Priority holds on dates and specific pieces while your client decides
- One point of contact from proposal to strike, who answers during the build
- High-resolution imagery for your decks and proposals, sent on request
- Quotes that hold — the number we send is the number we invoice, including delivery
- COI and vendor paperwork issued in the venue’s format, as standard
- Site visits and walkthroughs for larger installs
- Design input when you want it, and silence when you do not

How we price for planners
Straightforwardly, and with no games:
- Published per-piece rates, the same ones on our 2026 price guide
- A standard booking covers a two-day rental period at no extra cost
- No minimum order in Southern California; $5,000 minimum for Northern California and the Central Coast
- Delivery, set-up and collection quoted by venue, confirmed in writing before you book
- Tell us the client’s furniture budget and we will design to it rather than send something you have to cut in half
How it works
- Send the brief. Date, venue, guest count and the look, or just the mood board.
- We quote and hold — usually within the hour in business hours.
- We issue paperwork the venue accepts, and coordinate load-in directly with them if you prefer.
- We deliver, place and collect with our own crew. On the day you have one fewer vendor to manage.
Frequently asked questions
Is there an application or a commission structure?
No application. Tell us you are planning for clients and we work with you on the terms above. If you want to talk about a longer-term arrangement for volume, call us.
Can you hold a date before my client signs?
Yes. Tell us the decision date and we will hold rather than release the pieces underneath you.
Can I get imagery for a proposal deck?
Yes, high-resolution and without a watermark, on request. Start with the 2026 collections and tell us what else you need.
Will you coordinate directly with the venue?
Yes, if you want us to. We issue the COI, book the load-in window and deal with the property so it is off your list.
Do you deliver outside Southern California?
Yes, statewide. Northern California and the Central Coast carry a $5,000 minimum order with delivery quoted by distance and access.
