Bars built in Orange County, not bought in
The bar is where the queue forms, where the photographs get taken while people wait, and where a brand puts its name if it is putting it anywhere. It is also the piece most often rented as a plain white box because nobody thought about it until three weeks out.
We build ours in our Anaheim shop, and we own every one of them. Fifteen portable bars and seven back bars, from a $399 white service bar to a $1,890 emerald green round — all of it our inventory, none of it sub-rented.
The bars we rent
Service bars — $399 to $690
The workhorses. Truffle White Bar at $399, Marshmallow Bar at $499.99, Midnight Black at $539.99, Champagne Pink at $549, White Margarita and Piña Colada at $579.99, Bacardi and White Stone at $590, Long Island at $599.99, Black Stone at $690. One bar per hundred guests is the figure that keeps the queue moving; two if you are serving cocktails rather than pouring wine.
Statement bars — $849.99 to $1,890
Vintage Sectional Bar at $849.99, Monarch and Emerald Green at $859, Golden Oak Portable Bar at $869.99, and the Emerald Green Round Bar at $1,890 — the piece people photograph before they order from it. Round bars work in the middle of a room where a straight bar has to go against a wall, which changes how a space flows.
Back bars — $149.99 to $225
The shelf unit behind the bartender, and the difference between a bar that looks staffed and a bar that looks finished. Williamson in white, black or gold at $149.99, Magnolia at $189.99, and Bali, Teak and Oak Horizon at $225. Bottles on an open shelf read as hospitality; bottles on a folding table read as catering.
Custom-branded builds
For activations we build bars to a brand’s specification — wrapped, painted, faced or fabricated from scratch. That work has gone out for Louis Vuitton, Visa, Four Seasons, Toyota, Red Bull and Montblanc. The brand activation page covers lead times and how we work with production.
How many bars, and where to put them
- One bar per 100 guests for beer and wine service.
- One per 75 if cocktails are being made to order.
- Two smaller bars beat one large one at almost every guest count — two queues of twenty move faster than one of forty, and it splits the crowd across the space instead of jamming one corner.
- A back bar behind each, or the bottles end up on the floor.
Placement matters more than people expect: a bar against the far wall pulls the whole party to that wall. A round bar in the middle of a courtyard keeps people circulating. At a wedding, put the cocktail-hour bar away from where dinner is being set, or your guests will watch the crew work.
Bars at Orange County venues
Coastal — Newport, Laguna, Dana Point
Wind and salt. Bars need to be heavy enough not to walk and finished in something that survives a night of damp air. Ours are solid builds, not shells.
Estates — Coto de Caza, Villa Park, the Newport bluffs
Access decides everything. A 1,890-dollar round bar is a beautiful object and a wide one; we check the gate and the path before we promise it. Our crew builds on site rather than wheeling a finished unit across a lawn.
Corporate — Irvine, Costa Mesa, Anaheim
Fixed load-in windows, freight lifts and hard opening times. We provide COI and vendor paperwork as standard and work to the window we are given.

How much does it cost to rent a bar in Orange County?
Portable bars run from $399 to $1,890 and back bars from $149.99 to $225. A typical wedding setup — one bar and one back bar — lands between $550 and $900. All prices are published; delivery is quoted separately.
How many bars do I need?
One per hundred guests for beer and wine, one per seventy-five if cocktails are being made to order. Two smaller bars almost always serve a crowd better than one large one.
Do you provide bartenders?
No. We build, deliver and set the bar; the bartending is yours or your caterer’s. We are happy to tell you what the bartenders will need behind it.
Can you brand a bar for an activation?
Yes. We build custom and branded bars in our own shop — wrapped, painted, faced or fabricated to spec. Lead time depends on the build; ask early.
Do the bars have a sink or refrigeration?
Our bars are service structures rather than plumbed units. Ice, refrigeration and water are handled by the caterer; tell us the plan and we will make sure the bar suits it.
Do you deliver bars across Orange County?
Yes — our warehouse is in Anaheim, so Newport Beach, Laguna, Dana Point, San Clemente, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, San Juan Capistrano and the inland cities are all short runs. Our own crew delivers, builds and collects.
