Chairs are the decision you make two hundred times
A wedding rents one arch, two bars and fifteen tables. It rents a hundred and fifty chairs. Nothing else in the room repeats that many times, which is why the chair does more to set the tone of a dinner than any other single piece — and why the gap between a $5 folding chair and a $12 cross-back is the cheapest upgrade in the whole order.
We keep twenty-one chairs in our own inventory, from $5 resin folding up to $60 dining chairs, all of it held in our Anaheim warehouse in matched sets. No sub-rentals, so the set arrives matched rather than made up from two warehouses.
The chairs we rent in Orange County
Cross-back and vineyard — from $12
The Cross Back Vineyard Chair at $12 is the most-booked chair we own and the default for a farm-table wedding. Solid wood, X-braced back, photographs warm rather than flat. If you are weighing it against the chiavari, we wrote up chiavari versus cross-back with the real trade-offs.
Folding — $5 to $14
Resin Folding at $5, Folding Wooden at $6.50, Tropical Folding at $14. Ceremony seating that has to be set and struck fast, or a budget line that lets the money go into the tables instead.
Modern and Nordic — $16 to $35
Y Style Modern at $16 and in black at $22, Nordic Armchair at $25, Couture and Aurora Velvet at $27, Bouclé Luna and Elara at $30, Modern Weaver at $33, Parker at $35. The range that suits brand activations and contemporary venues, where a vineyard chair would read as costume.
Designer dining — $39 to $60
Ubud Teak at $39, Glam Dining at $42, Luna at $42, Jaslene and Luma at $44, Olive Line at $45, Arc at $55, Monaco Dining at $60. Head tables, small private dinners, and rooms where every seat is on camera.
Benches — $69 to $180
Seven wooden benches from $69, including the Malibu, Santa Monica and Santa Barbara at $69 and the Montecito Bouclé at $180. Benches seat about three and a half people a side against four in chairs, and they open up the sightline down a long table.
How many chairs, and what it costs
Most weddings rent chairs twice — once for the ceremony and again for dinner — unless the crew flips the ceremony set, which we can do if the timeline allows it.

- 150 guests in resin folding for the ceremony, cross-back for dinner — $2,550, or $1,800 if we flip the set

Flipping is the decision worth making early: it saves a full ceremony set but it needs thirty to forty-five minutes of crew time between the ceremony and dinner service, and a cocktail hour long enough to cover it. Tell us the timeline and we will say whether it works.
Chairs for Orange County venues
On sand — Huntington, Newport, Dana Point, San Clemente
Narrow chair legs sink into sand and a chiavari will tip on the first uneven patch. Wide-footed folding and cross-back frames sit better, and the crew levels the rows rather than setting them to a line on a plan.
On grass — estates and lawns across the county
Same problem, less extreme. Solid-wood cross-back chairs hold their position; lightweight resin walks in wind.
Indoors and courtyards — San Juan Capistrano, Irvine, Anaheim
Where the designer dining chairs earn their money. Nothing to fight, so the chair is purely a design decision.
Delivery and terms
Our warehouse is in Anaheim, so chairs for a Newport, Laguna, Irvine or San Juan Capistrano venue are a short run, not a delivery event.
No minimum order, and a standard booking covers a 2-day rental period at no extra cost. Delivery is charged separately and calculated once we have the address and your chosen delivery and pickup windows — there is no free-delivery threshold. Chairs are delivered, set and collected by our own crew; we do not leave a stack at the kerb.

Cross-back or chiavari?

Do I need separate chairs for the ceremony and dinner?
Only if the timeline will not allow a flip. Flipping saves a whole ceremony set but needs thirty to forty-five minutes of crew time and a cocktail hour to cover it. Send us the schedule and we will tell you which is cheaper for your event.
Can I mix chair styles?
Yes, and it often looks better than a single run of a hundred and fifty identical chairs — designer chairs at the head table, cross-back elsewhere, for instance.

Per guest, usually yes on a long table: a $69 bench seats three or four where four chairs at $12 cost $48, so it depends on the chair. The real reason to choose benches is the sightline down the table, not the price.
