The lounge is where a San Diego evening actually happens
Dinner is an hour. The lounge is the rest of the night — and at an outdoor venue with an ocean breeze and no walls, it is also the only thing giving the space a shape.
Every lounge piece we rent is our own: designed and built in our California shop or specified and owned by us, held in our own warehouse. Nothing is sub-rented, so the sofa in the mood board is the sofa that arrives.
The lounge pieces we rent
Sofas — $390 to $950
Twenty sofas: the Bali Breeze at $390, the Muir and Harmony at $425 to $490, curved shapes like the Verde Curve and Sorrento Curve in the middle, and the Canyon Wave at $900 and Riviera Dining Sofa at $950 at the top. Curves photograph better in the open because they give the camera a line to follow; straight backs belong against a wall or a branded backdrop.
Lounge chairs — $39 to $220
Fourteen chairs from the Ubud Teak at $39 through woven pieces like the Arroyo, Aria and Aspen at $190 to $195, up to swivel and bouclé chairs — Ojai, Aster, Luna, Olive — at $220. Two chairs facing a sofa is the grouping people use; four in a square is the one that photographs well and stays empty.
Tables, rugs and cushions
Coffee tables from $90, side tables from $80, jute rugs at $159.99 and pillows from $14.99. On a lawn or a terrace the rug is not decoration — it is the floor, and without it the grouping has no edges.
How much lounge furniture you need
One grouping per fifty guests — a sofa, two lounge chairs, a coffee table and a rug — is the working figure for a wedding.
- 100 guests — two groupings, roughly $1,400 to $2,600 depending on the pieces
- 150 guests — three groupings
- 200 guests — four, usually split between cocktail hour and an after-party zone
For activations the number is set by dwell time rather than headcount: enough seating to hold people in the space long enough to engage with it. The brand activation page covers how we work with production teams.
Lounge setups at San Diego venues
Coastal — La Jolla, Del Mar, Encinitas, Coronado
Salt air and afternoon wind decide the upholstery. We use fabrics we can clean and re-cover rather than fabrics that mark permanently, and we weight or shelter anything light. On sand, the rug goes down first and everything else sits on it.
Estates — Rancho Santa Fe, Fairbanks Ranch, Ramona
Lawns, gates and long drives. We size the truck to the access. Rugs matter most here: they are what stop a lounge grouping on grass from reading as furniture that wandered outside.
City and corporate — downtown, Little Italy, Carlsbad, Sorrento Valley
Freight lifts, fixed load-in windows and hard opening times. Everything breaks down for a lift and our crew rebuilds it on site. COI and vendor paperwork provided as standard.

No minimum order, and a standard booking covers a 2-day rental period at no extra cost. San Diego County is part of our standard service area rather than a destination surcharge. Delivery is charged separately and calculated once we have the address and your chosen delivery and pickup windows.

Our warehouse and build shop are in Anaheim, which puts almost every San Diego venue inside a forty-minute drive. We deliver across Newport Beach, Laguna Beach and Laguna Niguel, Dana Point and Monarch Beach, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Anaheim, Yorba Linda, San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente, Coto de Caza and Rancho Santa Margarita.
We work regularly at Pelican Hill, Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach, Montage Laguna Beach, The Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel and Balboa Bay Resort, so the load-in rules, dock assignments and insurance thresholds at each are already on file. Yes, and most of it does. Rugs go down first, we plan for wind and damp, and we will be straight with you about what we would not put on a particular surface.

Do you style the lounge or just deliver it?
Our crew places and builds everything on site. Styling to a mood board is part of what we do; send the board with the brief.
