Why Vogue Rentals

Most people land here after seeing our furniture somewhere else — on a planner’s mood board, at a venue, in someone else’s wedding photographs — and then want to know the boring things before they commit. Who actually owns this company. Whether the furniture is really theirs. What it costs. What happens if something goes wrong on the day. This page answers those.

What we actually are

Vogue Rentals designs and hand-builds much of its inventory in California from locally sourced wood, and rents it out for weddings, corporate events and brand activations. The warehouse and the build shop are in Orange County. The delivery crew is ours, not a third-party courier. We have styled more than a thousand weddings and events across California since 2019, and a tree is planted for every order.

We are not a full-service party rental house. We do not stock tenting, staging, dance floors or portable toilets, and we will tell you so rather than sub-contract it badly. What we hold is furniture: farm and dining tables, seating and benches, bars, arches and chuppahs, decor and tableware.

How we compare to the other kinds of rental company

There are broadly three kinds of company you will be choosing between, and the honest answer is that the right one depends on your event rather than on which of us markets hardest.

Full-service production houses — the large operations with tenting, lighting, staging and hundreds of identical chairs. If you are seating four hundred guests on a raw site, they are the efficient answer and we are not. Several of them are excellent; we list them by name in our city guides rather than pretend they do not exist.

Vintage and specialty curators — small inventories, strong points of view, one-of-a-kind pieces you will not see twice. Found Rental Co in Fullerton is the best known of these. If your brief is a handful of unrepeatable objects, that is their game more than ours.

Design-led houses that build their own inventory — where we sit. The case for us is that the furniture was designed to be looked at, made in California rather than bought from a catalogue, and delivered by the people who built it. The case against us is that we will not be your single vendor for a large production.

Plenty of events use two companies: signature pieces from one, volume from another. Planners do this routinely and we are happy to be either half of it.

What it costs

Prices are on every product page — no gated quotes to see a number. Chairs start around five dollars, dining tables from about a hundred and sixty, lounge seating from roughly forty per piece, portable bars from about four hundred. A full setup for a hundred and twenty guests generally lands in the low five figures.

What is included in the item price: a two-day rental period, so you are not paying a rush-return premium. What is not: delivery, set-up and collection, which are priced separately and calculated at checkout once you enter the venue address and choose your delivery and pickup windows. Is Vogue Rentals legitimate?

Yes, and the way to satisfy yourself of that is not to take our word for it. We are a registered California business with a physical warehouse in Orange County, verifiable reviews on Google, The Knot and WeddingWire, a published rental agreement with every fee written down, and a client list that includes Louis Vuitton, Visa, Four Seasons, Toyota, Red Bull and Montblanc. One thing worth knowing: we previously traded as Wood Table Rentals, and that name still appears on some older listings and reviews. Same company, same warehouse, same people.

Frequently asked

Do you have a minimum order?

No minimum in Southern California. Northern California deliveries carry a $5,000 minimum because of the distance.

How far in advance should I book?

Six to twelve months for a peak-season Saturday. Off-season and weekday events can often be booked inside eight weeks, though signature pieces stay scarce year round.

Can I see the furniture before booking?

Yes. The warehouse is in Orange County and we run pop-up showroom days. Ask us for the next date.

What happens if something is damaged?

A damage waiver applies to the order and the terms are set out in the master rental agreement. Normal wear is expected and not charged for.
