How renting from Vogue Rentals works
Three steps, handled by our own crew from the warehouse to the venue and back.
- Step 1Send your date and venueText, call or use the form. Tell us the date, the venue and roughly how many guests, and we will confirm availability and price the pieces you like.
- Step 2We hold the piecesApprove the quote and we reserve the exact items for your date, and provide a certificate of insurance and vendor paperwork for your venue.
- Step 3We deliver, set up and collectOur crew delivers, places and levels everything on site, then returns to collect it. You do not move furniture on your wedding day.
- No minimum order in Southern California
- 2-day rental period included in the item price
- Delivery, set-up and collection by our own crew — priced separately, calculated at checkout from your address and chosen delivery and pickup times
- COI and vendor paperwork provided
Where we deliver. San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, Palm Springs, Pioneertown, Big Bear, Lake Arrowhead and Santa Barbara as our core zone, and the rest of California as a destination service — the Central Coast, the Bay Area, Napa and Sonoma, Monterey and Carmel, Lake Tahoe and the North Coast. Northern California deliveries carry a $5,000 minimum order and a delivery charge quoted by distance and access, both confirmed in writing before you book.
Wedding and event decor rentals across California
Vogue Rentals supplies wedding decoration rentals for weddings, brand activations and private events throughout California — candle holders, vases, planters, lanterns, arches, plinths and styling accents, delivered and placed by our own crew alongside the tables, chairs, bars and lounge furniture from the same collection.
Most decor rental companies buy in bulk from the same wholesale catalogs, which is why so many events end up looking alike. Our accent pieces are designed and hand-built in California from locally sourced wood, then finished to sit beside the farm tables and seating we make ourselves. The result reads as one considered scheme rather than a collection of separate rental orders.
What you can rent
Candle holders and lighting
Swedish-style holders in honey oak, tapered walnut candlesticks, hurricane lanterns and low votive clusters for tablescapes that photograph warm after sunset.
Vases and planters
Geometric walnut vases, turned bud vases and reclaimed-wood planter boxes sized for long banquet runs, sweetheart tables and ceremony aisles.
Arches and ceremony structures
Hand-built arches and chuppahs in oak and walnut, for beach ceremonies, garden lawns and ballroom installations.
Plinths, risers and signage stands
Display plinths and easels for welcome signs, seating charts, cake tables and product moments at brand activations.
Tabletop and textiles
Dinnerware, glassware and serveware plus linen napkins, runners and rugs to finish the setting.
Outdoor accents
Lanterns, planters and heaters and umbrellas for terraces, clifftop lawns and open-air receptions.
How much do wedding decor rentals cost?
Decor is priced per piece, and every price in our catalog above is the real rental rate — nothing is hidden behind a quote form. Small accents such as candle holders and bud vases typically run in the low tens of dollars each; larger structural pieces such as arches, plinths and planter runs sit higher. A standard booking covers a two-day rental period at no extra cost, so we can deliver the day before and collect the day after.
Delivery is quoted separately, based on your venue, access, and the delivery and pickup windows you choose. There is no free-delivery threshold — you see the figure before you confirm. For full worked examples by region, see our wedding furniture rental cost guide and the 2026 California cost report.

Styling decor for a California wedding
Start with the table, not the centerpiece
On a raw or lightly finished wood table, heavy floral runners and mirrored trays fight the surface. Low clusters of candle holders with two or three stems of foliage let the grain carry the look, and they keep sightlines open across the table — which is what guests actually notice.
Match the finish to the light
Coastal venues such as Pelican Hill and Montage Laguna Beach get strong late-afternoon light off the water. Honey-toned oak warms in it; very dark or high-gloss finishes go flat. Inland and ballroom venues take walnut and deeper tones well.
Repeat three pieces, not thirty
A scheme reads as designed when a small number of shapes recur at different scales — the same vase profile on the guest tables, the bar and the escort card display. Planners who work with us usually pick three decor families and repeat them, rather than styling every surface differently.
Plan for wind and curfew
Open-air ceremonies on bluffs and lawns need weighted holders and hurricane glass, not open tapers. If your venue has a hard curfew, tell us at quote stage: our crew handles the strike, and decor is the slowest thing to pack if it has not been planned for.
Why planners book decor with the furniture
- One vendor, one COI, one load-in — instead of coordinating a separate decor rental company on site
- Everything is our own inventory: no sub-rentals and no substitutions on the day
- Real published prices on every piece, so you can build a budget before you talk to us
- Our crew places and styles on site, then returns for pickup
- We plant a tree for every order
Used at events for Louis Vuitton, Visa, Four Seasons, Toyota, Red Bull and Montblanc, and at more than a thousand weddings across California since 2019. More on how we work: why planners choose Vogue Rentals and our planner program.
